2. Services Offered

TECH ME provides learning center services for students from Grade 1 to Grade 12, covering subjects including English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, Arabic, and Malayalam. Classes are offered both online and offline, conducted by qualified and experienced tutors.

3. Enrollment and Registration

  • Students or their guardians must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Each account is for a single student's use only and must not be shared.
  • TECH ME reserves the right to refuse or cancel enrollment at its discretion.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Fees and Payments

  • Course fees are as stated at the time of enrollment and are subject to change with prior notice.
  • Payments must be made in full or as per the agreed installment plan before classes commence.
  • Fees paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by TECH ME.
  • TECH ME is not responsible for any bank charges or transaction fees incurred during payment.

5. Code of Conduct

All students and parents/guardians are expected to:

  • Treat teachers, staff, and fellow students with respect and courtesy.
  • Attend classes punctually and complete assigned work diligently.
  • Refrain from any form of harassment, bullying, or disruptive behavior.
  • Not record, reproduce, or distribute class sessions or materials without written permission.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the TECH ME website and within our courses — including text, images, videos, worksheets, and lesson materials — is the intellectual property of TECH ME or its licensed partners. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of any content is strictly prohibited.

7. Online Class Guidelines

  • Students must have a stable internet connection and a suitable device for online classes.
  • Recording of live sessions without prior written consent from TECH ME is not permitted.
  • TECH ME is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party platforms or internet outages.

8. Limitation of Liability

TECH ME shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability in any matter related to our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the relevant course.

9. Modifications to Terms

TECH ME reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law
